responsibility of the customer.

Terms: Net due, prior to shipment. Our guarantee states, any
defects in this equipment will be repaired or replaced, free of charge
for 90 days from delivery. LORAC specifically makes no representation
as to the safety, for any purpose, of all equipment. Customer agrees
to hold LORAC harmless for any and all delays or damages, including
loss of production, due to causes associated with retrofit.
