Furnace Belts
Contact: Mike Carroll
Phone: 310-578-9553
Mike represents several belt manufacturers and can get you the very best
price and delivery possible. No $100.00 per foot belt, Mike quoted our
customer $15.08!! Remember, no furnace manufacturer actually makes their
own belt, it only makes sense to purchase from someone that does!

Heaters
Contact: Mangold Engineering
Phone: 909-622-1091
Again, call Mangold Engineering. They will never tell you that your furnace
heating elements are obsolete. You can replace the element of an existing
heater or, why not replace the heavy ceramic back-plane with light weight
fiber and be amazed at the power savings.

Profile Instrumentation
Contact: KIC
Phone: 858-673-6050
Most of the furnace manufacturers now have an OEM agreement with KIC.
But that doesn't mean you can't contact KIC directly if you need to purchase
any of their products. By the way if you're still using an old fashion
chart recorder instead of a KIC Recorder, you definitely need to call
Mary Beth, the sooner the better!

Bricks and Insulation
Do you have any missing or broken furnace insulation? Heat loss is not
only expensive, but it also contributes to other problems such as reduced
heater element life. The Yellow Pages in almost any phone book will have
a heading called "REFRACTORY" PRODUCTS; if you need M-Board
or Fiberfrax or anything else to keep the heat inside the kiln, where
it belongs, call the insulation manufacturer, who can help you
at a reasonable price.
