Get the most out of your furnace...
Our classes can be presented to a single large group, or a specific
agenda can be prepared, exclusively for the various departments within
your company. Sometimes the clients create the agenda entirely themselves.
Or, the subject material can be a collaboration, including topics that
we have presented before, as well as some new, original ideas about
which a customer may want to hear.
For example, we can design a course specifically for management and
engineering describing how to make 3 furnaces do the work of 4, or more.
And another session, with completely different topics, such as taking
proper care of the 3 furnaces that you already have, can be conducted
for maintenance and production personnel.
Whatever the agenda topics, or the size of the group, they can be presented,
using a white board &/or overhead projector. Usually some of the
presentation takes place at the furnace itself.
Thick Film Furnace manufacturers such as EMCA have had
us present: "You Too Can Understand Furnaces" to their
field sales engineers. For ESL we have presented: "Troubleshooting
Thick Film Firing Problems in the Field." These are classes
which emphasize how to recognize symptoms of when firing problems can
be attributed to the furnace, or to other on-site concerns. It's surprising
how often your own "high power analytical laboratory" can
find the cause of a problem, once you learn how to use it.
